EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT
I am a leader, trainer, business advisor, innovator, and author. But above all, I am an entrepreneur, operating in the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise sector.
I have been in business for over 30 years, which is why topics such as economic management, creating a conducive environment for business operations, legal and tax regulations, and entrepreneurship development are so close and important to me. These are topics that directly influence the state of the country and the quality of life of its citizens.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
My career spans 30 years of practice in the FMCG and gastronomy sectors, including extensive experience with corporations such as Żywiec and Nestle. For over 15 years, I have served as a mentor in private business, encompassing my own restaurants and distribution for the gastronomy sector of coffee, espresso machines, and tea from Jacobs Douwe Egberts. I am also the author of the book 'I Opened a Venue: Helpful Stories from the Gastronomic Practice' and an activist in the SME sector.
My professional path has included positions ranging from sales representative to serving on corporate boards, culminating in ownership of the restaurant chain brands The Legendary Jacks Bar & Restaurant (Warsaw, Gdańsk) and The Legendary Żywiec Pub & Restaurant (Żywiec Group). I am also the initiator of brands ICED COFFEE and BUBBLE TEA, as well as the creator of advisory programs for owners, managers, and kitchen heads in the professional gastronomy segment.
SUPPORT FOR ENTERPRENEURS
As an independent entrepreneur, trainer, and business advisor in the gastronomy industry, I lead business projects, implementation programs, and provide consultancy on earning in gastronomy, controlling networked and individual gastronomic businesses, applying systemic solutions, creating and implementing operational procedures, as well as optimizing and managing profitable businesses.
Over the years of working in corporations and developing my own gastronomic businesses, I have gained practical experience in personnel management, procurement optimization, business development, and reorganization. I also participate in projects related to digitalization of business management processes, logistics research, and beverage distribution projects.
PRACTITIONER, ENTERPRENEUR, SOCIAL ACTIVIST
Since 2008, I have been the Official Distributor of Jacobs and Piazza D’Oro coffee and Pickwick tea for the gastronomy sector of the JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS corporation in Poland. I introduced the innovative trend of consuming cold beverages ICED COFFEE & BUBBLE TEA and created the franchised concept NEW CAFE.
In 2011, I founded the brand and chain of venues The Legendary Jacks Bar & Restaurant. Since 2018, I have also been the founder and President of the Board of the Academy of Gastronomic and Hotel Practices.
I am the creator of the daily navigation program for your gastro business (www.profitmanager.pl).
Since 2019, I have served as the Founder and President of the Chamber of Commerce of Polish Gastronomy and as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sri Lanka in Poland.
In 2020, I became the owner of the Polish Avangarda Restaurant in Warsaw, and since 2021, I have been the founder of the SME Business Club in Warsaw and, since 2023, in Żywiec – the Avangrada Entrepreneurs Club.
Currently, since 2023, I have also been operating gastronomic venues of the Żywiec Group - The Legendary Żywiec Pub & Restaurant.
GASTRONOMIC BUSINESS HANDBOOK
I am also the author of the book 'I Opened a Venue: Helpful Stories from the Gastronomic Practice,' published by Poligraf, and a member of the Competence Council for Tourism at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), appointed by the Minister of Development and Technology.
Additionally, I participate as a member of the Social Integration Council Ukraine-Poland at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland and serve as the Chairman of the Working Group for Gastronomy in the Council of Entrepreneurs at the SME Ombudsman.
EDUCATION
I hold a Master of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration title.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and I also obtained an MBA degree from the University of Bradford, London Management School.
